Dear Lovely Patients of South Sound Dental Care,
We pray that this letter finds you and your family in good health and spirits. Our community has been through many changes in the last few months. However, one thing has remained the same: Our commitment to your health and safety.
Infection control will continue to remain a top priority in our practice. We are however, incorporating some changes which you will notice at your next appointment with us. We are following infection control guidelines presented to us by The American Dental Association, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration. We hope you understand that your safety, our safety, and your comfort are kept in mind while making these changes.
The following are some of the changes that you will see:
Our office will ask you some screening questions before scheduling your visit.
You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire when you enter the office.
We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office or to go the restroom to wash your hands.
We will no longer have coffee, drinks, magazines, and toys out.
We ask that you come alone. If you have a driver, please leave their contact number with the front desk so that we can call them to come and pick you up.
While we enjoy our music, we will be having medical grade air purifiers in every room, so pardon the noise!
Because we are spacing out our patients, only few appointment slots will be available. As a result, it is important to keep the appointment offered to you.
We are rather fortunate that our office is already large and our rooms are private. However, we ask that you be patient with us with your appointment time as we will be continuing social distancing of patients and thus disinfecting the rooms thoroughly.
We are grateful for the many phone calls that we have received from you and the well wishes! It has always been our honor to serve you and to have you as part of our dental family. We look forward to seeing you all soon!
